Taught by our instructor Courtney Laughter, our Barre classes aren't like your usual ones. Barre intensity is a high energy, fast paced workout. Going to the beat of the music during this workout help keeps you motivated and having fun! Fusing Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training this workout is one that will definitely leave you sore tomorrow!
